marquee rentals, theater rentals, and upstairs loft/micro-theater rentals!

The Sunrise Theater is available to rent for private screenings starting at $200 for groups of 10 or less. 

Up to 20 guests - $300

Up to 30 Guests - $400

Up to $50 Guests - $500

Rentals are 2 hours. No outside food is permitted.

Concessions are available for purchase.

The Sunrise Theater LOFT / Micro-theater is available to rent starting at $250 for groups of 25 or less.

Rentals are 2 hours. Outside food is allowed with a $50 cleaning fee.
